Installation Information

Delivery Information

All products offered through Steel Tube Buildings, Inc., come with delivery included in the estimate for a ready-to-build lot (see below for requirements). Normal delivery and installation from our dealers is typically within 2 to 4 weeks from the purchase date.

Ready-to-build Lot Requirements:

Your lot must be level at the time of installation. If it is not, the builders will install the buiding/carport on your lot with the understanding it is 'as is' so the customer takes responsibility for any problems with any future problems. Our installers will not level your lot unless this is agreed upon prior to installation and at an extra charge.
You are responsible to inquire if any permits are needed and obtain those permits. In addition it is required that you call Miss Utility to have all gas lines, electric underground wires, cables lines, etc., clearly marked prior to installation. If this is not done, the customer takes full responsibility for any liability caused during installation.
Any return trips to correct problems during installation at the fault of the customer will hold a return trip fee which must be paid prior to the return visit.
A down payment of 10% is required to be paid to the dealer on all orders with payment in full at completion of installation.
No refunds on special order items or down payments.
